Cancellation Policy

⚙️ Booking & Deposit: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your half-day appointment. The remaining balance is due at the end of the service. Travel fees apply to locations outside the standard service radius. ⚙️ Cancellation / Reschedule: Rescheduling allowed once at no fee if done 48+ hours in advance. Cancellations under 48 hours forfeit the deposit. ⚙️ Scope & Limitations: This service provides technician-level diagnostics, maintenance, and minor repairs. It does not include a certified inspection report, valuation, or formal documentation for financing, insurance, or warranty claims. The final cost includes: Total billed hours on-site (up to 6 hours for the half-day rate of $600, or hourly if applicable), Any supplies, materials, sealants, or parts used during the visit, Customer-requested add-ons or additional time beyond the half-day block (billed at $120/hr), Parts used from on-hand stock or ordered for your repair are billed at cost plus applicable taxes. Larger repairs, installation projects, or component replacements outside the scope of a half-day service may require a separate estimate and booking. Some maintenance or repair tasks may be limited by weather, site accessibility, or unavailable parts at the time of service. ⚙️ Weather & Site Requirements: A safe, accessible work site is required (no mud, steep hills, or tightly packed storage units). Some tasks may be weather-dependent. We suggest parking the camper/RV at a nearby campground that has full hookups in order for us to complete the full scope of any requested repairs.
