Thank you for choosing Rolling Rabbit RV Repair. To provide the best possible mobile RV service, please review the following Booking Terms & Policies before requesting an appointment. These terms help ensure clarity, safety, and fairness for both parties.
📅 Scheduling & Availability

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and service location.

Appointments are not confirmed until a technician contacts you to finalize the date and time.

We offer service Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays.

Emergency or after-hours requests may incur additional fees.
📍 Service Area

We are based in Omaha, Nebraska and serve a radius of approximately 60 miles.

Additional travel fees may apply to service locations outside of our standard area.
💲 Pricing & Payment

A $75 service call fee is required for all mobile visits. This covers technician travel, time, and on-site assessment.

Labor is billed at $120 per hour, with a 1-hour minimum.

Time begins once the technician arrives on site and includes diagnostics, repairs, and any client walkthroughs.

Parts costs are billed separately. Some parts may require prepayment before ordering.

Invoices are due upon completion of service. We accept major credit/debit cards, checks, and digital payments.

You may receive an invoice link by email or pay in person with a mobile card reader.
🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

No-shows or repeated cancellations may result in a denial of future service requests.
🛠 Scope of Services

We specialize in coach systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, solar, and routine maintenance.

We do not service motorized chassis, drivetrains, or vehicle engines.

Certain repairs may require parts to be ordered or return visits to complete the job.

We may refuse service if conditions are unsafe or the RV is inaccessible.
🔒 On-Site Access & Safety

Please ensure the RV is parked on level ground and safely accessible.

If the technician arrives and is unable to access the RV or location, the service call fee still applies.

Pets should be secured during the service appointment.

We reserve the right to decline service in unsafe environments or during severe weather conditions.
🧾 Estimates, Invoices & Guarantees

Estimates are available upon request and are based on information provided at the time of booking.

Final costs may vary based on time, parts required, or discoveries during diagnosis.

All workmanship is backed by a 30-day labor guarantee. Parts are subject to manufacturer warranties.

We are not responsible for failures unrelated to the diagnosed issue or if damage occurs from unauthorized repairs.

We may take before-and-after photos for documentation, liability protection, or manufacturer warranty purposes.
