Cancellation Policy
🗓 Scheduling & Duration: Inspections typically take 4-7 hours depending on RV type, size, and complexity. The final estimated duration and cost will be confirmed prior to the inspection. 💰 Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking after reviewing and accepting our contract and inspection details to secure your inspection. ⚠️ Scope & Limitations: This service provides a certified inspection report; no repairs or maintenance are included. Access to all areas of the RV is required for a complete inspection. Missing or inaccessible areas may be noted in the report. Per NRVIA code of ethics, Inspectors are not allowed to make any repairs on RV units we inpsect for at least 12 months after the inspection. Any repairs or service must be booked separately with a qualified RV technician. 📅 Cancellation / Reschedule: Reschedule with 48+ hours notice at no penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours may result in partial or full forfeiture of payment, as prep work, research, and scheduling time are non-refundable.
